While many programs offer traditional strength training as their center of attraction, Per Ignem relies upon variance, functionality, and intensity. Based on the CrossFit hierarchy of fitness, it is our belief that effectiveness comes through prioritizing movements which are most likely to create proficiency among a variety of skills. This means, our program is designed to increase accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance, power, speed, strength and stamina simultaneously. Rather than targeting the development of strength and power exclusively, our structure focuses on those elements which are most likely to enhance overall athleticism. Remember, our workouts require intensity! So, save your energy for the WOD and leave the programming to us. All you have to do is find the gym and we will take care of the rest.
