CrossFit Elements is our introductory program for individuals who are new to the sport of CrossFit. Following a free consultation to assess each individuals specific needs, our Elements program serves to educate athletes on the basic principles of safety and mechanics while providing detailed instruction on the primary movements summarizing functional fitness. At no point do athletes progress beyond proper technique. This is simply the first step in building a sustainable, effective and beneficial training program for athletes' seeking to improve their quality of life.
