Owen has over 7 years’ experience coaching CrossFit and and also teaches yoga to our community. He is also our mobility master and will help you work out all your kinks and improve your range of motion every Saturday!

Although mostly behind the scenes keeping our gym running and staying busy as a new mom, Lauren has over 11 years’ experience as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and nutrition coach. In her free time, you can find Lauren running trails and spending time in the mountains.
